For number 1 buzz cut lengths like the ones shown in the pictures above, one can wear it nicely keeping the length as 1/8 of an inch which is 3.175 in millimeters that lead towards the back of the head creating a nice finish to the look. This will give you a bald kind of look. These refer to the guard length used on the blades and therefore the subsequent hair length created.
This Could Be The Earlobe Or Even The Top Of The Ear.
Boys faux hawk with short sides. This hairstyle requires a hair length of 3/4 inch with a little longer hair on the scalp than number 5. To style a kids faux hawk, use a strong pomade or gel to push the hair towards the middle of the head.

The faux hawk has always been a cool hairstyle for little boys. Mine goes up in 3 all the way to 42mm, Grade 2 = 1/4 of an inch or 6mm.

Grade 3 = 3/8 of an inch or 9mm. Loose, textured, and natural has been the growing trend. Number 6 clipper guard gets you a crew cut but not a buzz cut at this length of hair and above.
Number Eight Is 1 Inch Or 25 Mm.
Here are the haircut numbers and their respective clipper guard sizes (lengths): Although this more accurately amounts to approximately 9.5mm, for our purposes, it’s (almost) exactly what we need. While it can be used to create fades or short haircuts like the buzz cut or the crew cut, you can’t really style it too much.
